Supported payment methods
You can purchase credits and plans using any of these payment methods:

Pay using credit or debit card
Use your credit or debit card to pay for plan or credit.
- When prompted for payment, choose the Credit or Debit card option.
- Fill in your card information to finalize your purchase.
We accept the following cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- JCB
- American Express
- Union Pay
Your card provider might request an extra verification step for payment confirmation. This could involve completing an authentication challenge, like entering a code received via SMS or confirming the transaction within your banking app.

Pay using QR payment
Use the QR payment to pay for plan or credit.

ℹ️ This payment method is only supported for Thai bank accounts.

- Select the QR Payment option when prompted for payment.
- Scan or save the QR code using your bank app; the amount will be auto-filled for your convenience.
- Complete the purchase by confirming the payment.
Floc will debit the amount directly from your bank account.
Pay using mobile banking
Use the mobile banking to pay for plan or credit.

- Choose the Mobile Banking option when prompted for payment.
- Pick the specific bank account you intend to use for payment.
- Finalize the payment through the selected bank.
Supported banks:
- KPLUS - Kasikorn Bank
- SCB Easy - Siam Commercial Bank
Floc will debit the amount directly from your bank account.
Why did I get a credit or debit card error?
Troubleshooting Credit/Debit Card Payment Errors:
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds.
- Confirm if your card type (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, American Express, Union Pay) is accepted.
- Double-check card details: number, expiry date, and CVV code.
Contacting Your Bank:
If details are accurate and funds are available, contacting your bank is advisable. Share the payment date/time, currency, amount, and inquire about the declined payment to Floc.
Ask your bank about:
- Activation of a new card, if applicable.
- Card's permissions for online/international transactions.
- Authorization status for your purchase.
- Any incorrect labeling of Floc payments as fraudulent.

My payment failed or didn't complete
Payment failed or didn't complete can occur for many reasons as follows:

- Refer to Card Issuer: Give cardholder contacts issuer bank
- Invalid Merchant ID: Please contact GB PrimePay
- Do Not Honour: Cardholder input invalid card information. Ex. Expiry date, CVV2 or card number. Give cardholder contacts issuer bank.
- Invalid Transaction: Please contact GBPrimePay
- Invalid Amount: Payment amount must more than 0.1
- Invalid Card Number: Please check all digits of card no.
- Customer Cancellation: Customers click at cancel button in payment page when they make transaction. Customers have to make new payment transaction.
- Re-enter Transaction: Duplicate payment. Please contact GBPrimePay
- Format Error: Transaction format error. Please contact GBPrimePay
- Lost Card -Pick Up: Lost Card and Cardholder give up.
- Stolen Card -Pick Up: Stolen Card and Cardholder give up.
- Invalid Payment Condition: Ex. Session time out or invalid VbV Password : ask cardholders to try ma again and complete transaction within 15 minutes with correct card information.
- Insufficient Funds: Not enough credit limit to pay. Please contact issuer
- Expired Card: Cardholder key in invalid expiry date
- Wrong Pin: Wrong Pin
- Response Received Too Late: Response Received Too Late
- Issuer or Switch is Inoperative: Issuer system is not available to authorize payment
- Duplicate Transmission: Please inform GBPrimePay to investigate
- System Malfunction: Issuer bank system can not give a service
- Transaction Timeout: Can not receive response code from issuer with in the time limit
