Supported payment methods

You can purchase credits and plans using any of these payment methods:

Pay using credit or debit card

Use your credit or debit card to pay for packages.

  1. When prompted for payment, choose the Credit or Debit card option.
  2. Fill in your card information to finalize your purchase.

We accept the following cards:

Your card provider might request an extra verification step for payment confirmation. This could involve completing an authentication challenge, like entering a code received via SMS or confirming the transaction within your banking app.

Pay using QR payment

Use the QR payment to pay for plan or credit.

<aside> ℹ️ This payment method is only supported for Thai bank accounts.

  1. Select the QR Payment option when prompted for payment.
  2. Scan or save the QR code using your bank app; the amount will be auto-filled for your convenience.
  3. Complete the purchase by confirming the payment.

Floc will debit the amount directly from your bank account.

Pay using mobile banking

Use the mobile banking to pay for plan or credit.

  1. Choose the Mobile Banking option when prompted for payment.
  2. Pick the specific bank account you intend to use for payment.
  3. Finalize the payment through the selected bank.

Supported banks:

Floc will debit the amount directly from your bank account.

If details are accurate and funds are available, contacting your bank is advisable. Share the payment date/time, currency, amount, and inquire about the declined payment to Floc.

My payment failed or didn't complete

Payment failed or didn't complete can occur for many reasons.

  1. Invalid OTP: ask cardholders to try again
  2. Invalid Card Information: Cardholder input invalid card information. Ex. Expiry date, CVV2 or card number. Please contacts issuer bank.
  3. Insufficient Funds: Not enough credit limit to pay. Please contact issuer
  4. Online Payment Is Inactive: Not activate online payment. Please contact issuer
  5. Issuer Decline Transaction: Issuer may decline the transaction due to security issues. Please contact issuer
  6. Invalid Payment Condition: Ex. Session time out or invalid VbV QR Code : ask cardholders to try again and complete transaction within 15 minutes with the correct information.
