Using the Embed YouTube/Vimeo Template 🎥✨

The Embed YouTube/Vimeo Template allows you to showcase video content directly from YouTube or Vimeo, offering a dynamic and engaging way to present your project.

1. Add Content

• Paste the Video Link:

  • Enter the URL of your YouTube or Vimeo video into the input field.

    

  • If the video is valid (Video found and ready for use), a preview will appear below the input field.

  Note:

  • Only YouTube and Vimeo links are accepted.
  • Make sure your video is set to Public for viewers to access it.
  • Videos are displayed with a width of 732px, with the height adjusted automatically based on the aspect ratio.

• Enter Project Details:

  • Add a Project Name (maximum 180 characters).

    

  • Write your Project Description (you can style the text as needed).

    

2. Change the Video

• To update the video, simply paste a new YouTube or Vimeo link into the input field.
• The embedded video will update automatically.

3. Update Portfolio Thumbnail

A portfolio thumbnail is required. Once you’ve embed a video, you can update the thumbnail:

• Click Change Image.

  

• Choose to use a Default Thumbnail from the embed video cover or upload a Custom Image.

• Custom Image Requirements:

  • Format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP
  • Maximum file size: 10MB
  • Recommended dimensions: 1200x970 (4:3 ratio).

4. Preview Portfolio

• Click :preview: Preview to see how your portfolio will appear to hirers.

5. Publish Portfolio

• Once you’re satisfied, click Publish to make your portfolio live.
