The Refer Talent system incentivizes individuals to invite fellow professionals to join Floc. Upon registration, talents without a referral code will be placed on a waiting list. If you know someone in your field who isn't yet part of Floc, consider referring them directly. By doing so, you not only grant them immediate access but also introduce them to a broader range of opportunities within our platform. Embracing this referral opportunity opens doors to a more diverse and enriching experience for newcomers, enhancing their chances to explore varied prospects within their professional sphere.
Navigate to the Connection page using the sidebar.
On the top right corner of your Connection page, click on Refer talent.
This action will trigger the 'Refer Talent' modal to appear. Here, you'll find a list of referral links available to you. Each Talent can refer up to 9 individuals to join Floc. Once this limit is reached, further referrals are not possible.
Choose how you'd like to share this referral:
Share. The system will seamlessly populate your email platform with the referral message. Just enter the recipient's email address, and it's good to go!Copy link, and the referral link will be copied to your clipboard. From there, you can easily paste it into your preferred messaging application or any other platform of your choice to share the referral.<aside> 📌 Remark Each referral will be expired once the recipient register to Floc.
