Use Floc's filter, and sort options to find the ideal talent. Narrow down choices based on specific skills or criteria for the perfect match.

In Explore Talent, you can…

Find the best-matched talent for you. You can also directly search for a specific job position if you have one in mind.

Select the filter of your choice in the talent you're seeking:
- Job Position
- Years of experience
- Passion
Once you've selected your option, hit Apply. Discover the most suitable talent based on your preferences

Prefer a specific order? Sort by the talent's rate card in ascending or descending order.

A quick and easy way to invite talent to work on your project:

Head to Explore Talent.
Click on the talent card you're interested in to view a brief profile in the Explore Talent modal.
In the modal, click the Send Job Invitation button.
Select the job you'd like to invite them to apply for.
Craft or edit a persuasive message to encourage their application.
Click Send Invite to send your invitation.
You'll receive a notification and an email once the talent applies.
